Many Pranayama retreats incorporate meditation sessions to complement the breathwork. This helps in calming the mind and achieving a state of inner peace.
The retreat may be held in a serene and natural environment, providing participants with an opportunity to connect with nature and find tranquility.
While the primary focus is on pranayama, yoga retreats often include gentle yoga asanas (postures) to prepare the body for breathwork and enhance flexibility and strength.
Time for self-reflection and introspection is often encouraged during a yoga retreat. This can be facilitated through personal journaling or guided reflection sessions.

When the word "retreat " in itself is used in the sense of "withdrawal" or "pulling back" what else could be a better "retreat " than withdrawing or pulling back the senses from ignorance (maya) and realizing the true, non-dual nature of Rishikesh (master of all senses) as one's conscious self.

I met Mohit in India and attended his hatha yoga and pranayama classes. I learnt a lot and understood better how to use breathwork on a daily basis. During the pandemic I decided to continue practicing yoga with Mohit online.
Yogi Mohit is an inspiring teacher, bringing knowledge, wisdom, joy and laughter to each class. Through his guidance I am gaining a greater understanding of the true essence and meaning of yoga. His classes enrich my life and I am truly grateful. 🙏
I can highly recommend Mohit to everyone. During my classes with him I was very impressed by his ability to adapt the teachings of joga to my level of fitness, as well as by his understanding of my health issues. Thanks a lot.
